Appointments

  • We are a by-appointment business so please give us 24 hour notice (1 business day) if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. 
  • If you cancel or reschedule within 1 business day of your appointment then you will be charged a fee of 25% of the total cost of the grooming.
  • If you fail to show for your appointment or are more than 15 minutes late then you will be charged a fee of 50% of the total cost of the grooming.

We will refuse service for dogs that come in with fleas, ticks, mites or other infestations.



In some cases we will need to add additional charges and they may include: Aggressive Dog Handling Fee, Mat Removal Fee, Puppy's First Groom, Express Grooming, and Late or No Show fee.
We will contact you prior to needing to add these charges to your groom price.

For the safety of our staff, your pet and all other pets please keep your dog(s) on a leash.

Vaccinations

  •  While Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella are not required, we do recommend them.

Dropping Off & Pick Up

  • We are not a mobile grooming service, so your dog will need to be brought to our shop. We ask that you drop your pet off at the scheduled time, even a little early is always okay. If you are needing any special arrangements, please let us know at the time you make the appointment.


  • Your pet(s) should be picked up within 1 hour after the groom has been completed. If your pet is not picked up within that 1 hour or you are unable to pick up, we have a couple options to accommodate you & your pet to ensure they are taken care of and safe during their stay with us.

  • If parasites or wounds are found on your dog when they arrive, they will be sent home immediately. 


  • If your pet(s) are not picked up by our closing time then you will need to fill out the boarding contract with Aspen Meadows Pet Resort so the pet can stay overnight until you can pick them up.
