Policies

​New clients are required to make a deposit of $20 for their first appointment. This is to hold your appointment spot and it will go towards your final groom cost.

Cancellation Policy: If your appointment is cancelled more than 24 hours (1 business day) from your scheduled time you will not be charged any fees and any deposit made can be refunded. If cancellation occurs within 24 hours of your appointment there will be a fee equal to 25% of the cost of the scheduled grooming attached to your account. If you do not show up for your appointment or you are more than 15 minutes late there will be a fee equal to 50% of the cost of the scheduled grooming attached to your account.

​Vaccines are not required for grooming services.

​All grooming appointments take approximately 3-4 hours. We will call you on the phone number you provide us when your dog has been completed. We request you pick up your dog within 1 hour of completion, or you will be charged for our daycare services ($22-$30) to ensure they are given water and potty breaks.

Inclement weather may cause us to close unexpectedly. If that is the case we will inform all scheduled appointments to reschedule without any additional charges.
